COBC partners with teachers and classroom staff to develop classroom wide behavior management strategies. We work with teachers to ensure that the classroom environment is conducive to learning for all students. We provide feedback and training opportunities to teachers and staff so they are able to make informed and confident decisions about strategies in their classrooms to maximize learning opportunities for all students.
